Website Terms and Conditions of Use

The general terms and conditions are part of the contract.
By registering, each participant declares that they have accepted and taken note of them.

§ 1 Description of Services g

The contractually agreed services result from the lecture and seminar descriptions or from the information relating thereto in the confirmation of participation from ANIMAL-INFO ANIMAL SEMINARS. The information contained on the website www.animal-info.de and www.tierseminare.de or in the brochure is binding. However, ANIMAL-INFO TIERSEMINARE expressly reserves the right to make changes to the presentation or seminar description for objectively justified and unforeseeable reasons.

ANIMAL-INFO reserves the right to make necessary short-term and minor changes as well as postponements, but endeavors to come as close as possible to the original planning. Upon receipt of such information, the participant has the right to withdraw from the event within 10 days, with evidence and in writing, and any participation fee that may have already been paid will be refunded.

Animal Info sends out a newsletter at regular intervals (usually monthly) to those who have taken part in seminars.

§ 2 Conditions of Participation

Participation in events organized by ANIMAL-INFO TIERSEMINARE is at your own risk.

Participation or bringing animals (dogs) is only permitted if the landlord of the event room allows it, the animal has a valid rabies vaccination and the pet owner has valid liability insurance.
Dog accompaniment should be specified for better space planning

The dog owner is liable for all personal injury, property damage or financial loss caused by the dog being carried.
This also includes contamination caused by animals (dogs), which must be completely removed by the pet owner inside and outside the event rooms without being asked.
Organizers and speakers are excluded from liability.
By registering, each participant declares that these conditions have been met and accepted.
Animal Info is authorized to issue instructions to participants at the event.
Practical seminars are never without a certain residual risk. Each participant is only insured against an accident and salvage within the framework of their own, possibly private, accident insurance.
Animal Info is only responsible for the proper planning and execution of the event.

Seminar participants are responsible for their own wardrobe and valuables, unless the loss or damage was caused by Animal Info through gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Note:   By registering, participants agree that the organizer may take pictures, sound and video recordings. These can be published by Animal Info or the speaker for their own advertising purposes without any restrictions in terms of location, content or time.
However, seminar participants can also point out at the event that they do not agree to being photographed. However, we generally respect personal rights and photograph accordingly.
In general, photos, sound or video recordings by the participants are not permitted or require prior agreement.
